About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a sales team.
- Set and monitor sales targets.
- Provide coaching and training.
Requirements:
- 1-2 +years of sales experience, with leadership experience in BFSI.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Minimum undergraduate degree.
Age: 21-38 years.
Compensation: - 3.20 LPA to - 3.80 LPA + incentives.
