Team Leader - Sales - BFSI (1-3 yrs)
Position : Team Leader - Malayalam
Location : Bangalore
Salary : 28,000 - 37,000 in-hand
Education : HSC/Graduate
Experience : Minimum 1 year in BPO with relevant designation
Industry : BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)
Type : Full-time
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of Malayalam -speaking agents focused on outbound sales for loans, credit cards, and insurance.
- Drive team performance to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and develop action plans to improve performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on team performance metrics.
- Provide training and development to team members.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Collaborate with management to implement new strategies and processes.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a BPO environment with a relevant designation.
- Strong background in BFSI outbound sales (loan, credit card, insurance) is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Malayalam
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
