Team Leader - Sales - BFS (1-3 yrs)
Job Role :
- Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance to ensure that assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
- Business Reporting, MIS on a sales call, Lead Utilization, and conversion are tracked, maintained, and reviewed on daily basis.
- Attend all meetings and training programs conducted by management
- Creating agency distribution for the company.
- Work on opportunities of cross-sell and upsell
- Plan/ Control/ Monitor team to meet desired business numbers.
- Promote a positive culture Team
