Job Description :
- Establishing team goals for the acquisition of liabilities.
- In charge of travelling to important clients with team leaders and attending meetings with trade groups to foster relationships.
- Responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience and speedy transactions for all customers.
- Other duties include keeping the team productive and inspiring the group.
- Additionally in charge of recruiting, developing, and maintaining Team Leaders in an efficient manner
