Job Profile:
- Collation of cold leads from branches
- Updation of cold leads on mobility
- Allocation of cold leads to telecalling team on Mobility
- HOT leads allocation to HUB Heads
- Follow up on HOT Leads from branches
- Drive team to achieve monthly conversion targets
- 3% conversion from Cold Lead to Hot Lead
- Hot Leads to Login - 25%
- Ensure telecalling leads contribute 15% to monthly disbursement numbers
- Responsible for Team Productivity
- Monthly Team review
- Quality check of Outbound calls
- Preparation of Telecalling reports for management review
- Monthly Training to Telecalling Team.

CTC - up to 5.50 Lacs
Experience- must have done tele marketing in HL product and handled team.
