- The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing a team of Business Development Associate to achieve advertising, subscription, and partnership sales goals for a magazine publisher.


- The role involves guiding the team to maximise revenue from both print and digital platforms, ensuring consistent performance, and driving customer satisfaction through excellent service and strategic sales initiatives.

- Setting clear goals and providing regular performance feedback.


- Develop and implement sales strategies to ensure the team meets or exceeds revenue targets across print and digital platforms.


- Coach team members to improve their sales techniques and maintain good client relationships.

- Execute strategies that drive advertising and subscription revenue.


- Set individual and team sales targets, and track progress towards achieving them.


- Ensure the team actively pitches and closes deals with clients.
