Team Leader - Sales (2-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Outbound Calling Activity, Tele-Sales Productivity Management & Client Service
- Act as The In-Charge of Managing the Outbound Calling Activity by The Team Members and Manage Daily Operations of The Team.
- Set Daily Sales Targets for All Calling Sales Team Members and Support the Team to Meet up The Set Targets.
- Monitor All Calls to Ensure that Due Procedures and Quality Standards Are Strictly Adhered by The Calling Team Members.
- Manage the Calling Activity by Walking Around and Being Visible to Answer Questions.
- Take Calls that Your Agents Can- T Handle and Be Available when A Tele-Caller / Team Member Needs Your Assistance.
- Submit Regular Reports to Management and Seek New Ideas and Strategies to Improve Performance of Your Team.
- Conduct Regular Review of Team Members' Performance and Organise Training Sessions for Under Performers.
- Hold Daily and Weekly Review Meetings with The Team Members to Communicate Progress Towards the Monthly Business Target and Ensure Performance Management.
- Ensure that Clients Are Kept Happy and Satisfied at All Times by Providing Prompt Response and Solutions to Their Challenges.
- Ensure a Harmonious and Safe Working Environment for All Team Members Always.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education- Any Graduate
Required Skills and Experience :
Core Experience in Managing Sales Team Effectively
1.5 to 2 Years of Relevant Experience in Team Leading
