Objectives:
- Bank Branch Activation & Participation in SUD Business
- Enhanced productivity of the Bank Branches with SUD Life Field support
- Improvement in Sales & Service aspects pertaining to Bank Branches
- Information to SUD Zones on Business requirements and suport
Responsibilities:
The role would entail planning, executing and monitoring the RSO calling to Bank Branches & Sales Hierarchy. The objective is to ensure Business generation, involvement of Bank Branches and closing the service requests.
- Design & prepare daily/weekly monitoring reports on different parameters to help identify key areas to focus on by Sales Team
- Monitor the Service and sales issues resolution, with minimum sales intervention
- Co-ordinate with BOL, COL and Front line sales to gather intel on activities done/resolutions given to Bank Branches after Calling
- Analyze trends to enable Business growth and impact
- Providing weekly insights to Concerned stake holders
Experience in insurance sector preferable BFSI.
