Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee our Inside Sales team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the financial services sector, and possess strong leadership skills. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Relationship Managers, ensuring that sales targets are met, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Management :
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions and advisory services.
Performance Monitoring :
- Track and report on team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members to ensure continuous improvement.
Training and Development :
- Identify training needs and organize skill-building sessions to enhance the team's sales capabilities.
Market Research :
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide insights to the team and management.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in financial advisory, forex, insurance, banking, or related industries. Prior experience in a leadership role is highly desirable.
Sales Skills : Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Leadership Skills : Excellent team management and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at various levels.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
