About the Role :

We are looking for 20 motivated and experienced Team Leaders (TL) who are proficient in Kannada to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a background in BFSI outbound sales, specifically in loans, credit cards, or insurance. Immediate joiners with excellent English communication skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of outbound sales agents to achieve sales targets in the BFSI sector.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.

- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly and effectively.- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service and effective communication.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO environment with a relevant designation.

- Proven track record in BFSI outbound sales (loans, credit cards, insurance) is mandatory.

- Excellent communication skills in Kannada and good to excellent English communication skills.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
