Team Leader - Marketing Operations (5-10 yrs)

Job Summary:
- Manage the team of Digital Marketing analysts
- Strategize and assist team in setting up new digital marketing campaigns which includes SEM, SEO, Facebook, Display, Directory Listings, etc.
- Monitor, track & assign work based on team member capabilities & skills
- Communicate with internal team members on process changes & team performance
- Maintain daily & monthly reports and timely communicate with all leaders & team
- Prioritize work effectively in order to meet SLA
- Work closely with Operations & Training teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage career progression of team members
- Build rapport and develop relationships with Campaign Support teams globally
- Maintain knowledge of new trends, developments and techniques, in paid digital search, display, and social media advertising techniques
- Incorporate constantly evolving technologies, processes, and publisher requirements into campaign evaluation and management (Google AdWords, Yahoo|Bing AdCenter)

- Working knowledge in Digital Marketing - SEM, SEO, Display Advertising, Facebook
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to quickly learn and adjust to integrate new processes and products as needed
- Empathy, listening skills, Communication, Obstacle removal, process training needs assessment
- Good hands on experience with digital marketing industry or willingness to put efforts to learn and gain experience in digital marketing industry.
- Demonstrates proficiency and mastery of key Search Engine Marketing (SEM) technologies and systems to manage campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience
- Any Graduate (B.E. / BBA / BCA / B. Tech - IT / Computer Science preferred) with superior academic record
- 7 to 10 years of overall experience with minimum 5 years of team management experience (team size of more than 10 analysts)
- Should have Google Adwords Certification
Schedule
Full-Time, 5 Days a week and 1 full Saturday working in the month
General Shift: 9.30am to 6.30pm
