Team Leader/Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
An Insurance Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets. Key duties include developing and implementing sales strategies, training and motivating agents, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
