Team Leader/Manager - Sales - BFSI (4-8 yrs)
We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team as an Marketing Manager through the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell life insurance policies through agency distribution.
- Oversee daily team activities, planning, and execution.
- Train partners on company products and digital platforms.
- Guide and support the channel sales team with the latest online tools.
- Generate leads through networking and various sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team leaders and partners.
Basic Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
- Prior experience in field sales or related areas.
- Effective management and leadership skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of sales experience (preferably 2 years in BFSI/Insurance).
- Other Requirements: Must own a bike and have a valid license.
