We are having the opportunity in sewri location for Team Leader Subscription sales of Magazine
Job description:
- To implement the strategies made for subscription department.
- Handling team of tele-sales and being accountable for achievement of team as well as individual targets.
- Motivating, supervising & guiding the team members to achieve assigned sales targets
- To arrange & distribute data to tele-sales.
- To plan targets & innovate new ideas to achieve the targets.
- To take initiative to solve problems found by tele-sales & customers.
- Plan to attend events for boosting subscription sales & organize brochures, etc. for the same.
- To prepare offer forms as per strategies made.
Desired Profile:
- Good English (written & verbal) communication skills with good telephone etiquette.
- An ideal candidate must have an experience in telesales with team handling role.
- An ideal candidate should have an experience B2B sales (preferably from media industry who have selling subscription of magazines).
- Selling digital subscription will be an added advantage.
