Team Leader - International Sales - BPO (2-5 yrs)
- Leading a team of 60 members which includes
- Meeting client expectations and process metrics.
- Daily team briefings and cascading updates to all team members.
- Creating backup for all activities to run process smoothly and efficiently in crises situations.
- Proactively setting plan of Actions for Process Improvement.
- Handling roster (Strength Management), Leaves, Breaks and Shrinkage Management.
- Coordinate with other support functions like IT, HR and Admin departments.
- Conducting monthly one-to-one sessions with team members and work on EWS.
- Identification of training needs of team members and BQ Management.
- Encourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement.
- Handling escalations and providing best solutions.
- Minimizing Attrition and building strong Team bonding.
- Strong people management (E-SAT)
- Client Relationship management(C-SET)
