Team Leader - Inside Sales - Travel (1-5 yrs)
We are hiring for Team Leader for Inside Sales Inbound For Top Travel Company.
Designation: TL- Inbound
Roles and Responsibilities :
- To manage a large and diverse team of 3-4 operational KRAs
- Ability to Visualise, Manage and Achieve Targets
- Manage day to day activities of the team and ensure 100% compliance on the procedure, policy guidelines and performance reporting of the team,
- Responsible for feedback and coaching the agents as to achieve their respective KRAs
- Experience in Handling Inbound operations and Sales/Customer Service process
- Presents detailed information and responds to questions from his/her up-line managers
- Control of Attrition and Shrinkage
- Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training provided is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed
- Manage the flow of day-to-day operations attendance, leaves, work allocation, schedule adherence
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including weekends
- Profile - Team Leader
- Process - Inside Sales Inbound
- Experience - 1 to 4 years TL on Papers
- Salary Band: Up to 35k + Performance Incentives
- Shifts: 24- 7 for Male candidates, anything between 7 AM - 8 PM for Female candidates
