Designation : Team Leader, Inside Sales (Female Candidates Only)
Work Experience Required : 4+ yrs of experience in inside/telesales out of which 2 years of exp. In Team Management.
CTC offered : 4 LPA - 5 LPA
Job Location : Bangalore
Role & Responsibilities:
- Monitor, review and score Executives on a daily basis
- Timely feedback to Executives
- Preparing Daily Reports - maintaining audit sheet, daily/weekly dashboards etc.
- Deliver Refresher Training Sessions
- Achieve productivity targets
- Perform Random audits.
- Decision making and taking initiatives
Skills Required:
- Excellent Selling skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good Knowledge in MS Office
- Flexible and Adaptable approach
- Strong Training Delivery skills
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
- Should have exp. In Team Management
- Should be experienced in team Management.
