Team Leader - Inside Sales - EduTech (4-5 yrs)
Job Description for Inside Sales Team Leader:
- Lead a team of 10-15 Inside Sales Associates to drive sales
- Responsible to develop, deliver and implement the agreed annual sales plan and make short, medium, and long term sales strategies thereof.
- Manage the sales team and track their pipeline. Build an effective sales team that nurtures incoming leads and enhances the revenues
- Lead Qualification and Sales pipeline analysis and reporting.
- Provide information to the Management by preparing short-term, long-term product sales forecasts and special reports & Analysis.
- Ensure strong Lead Management, and coach the team members to achieve the goals on business metrics
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and manage multiple initiatives. Prove the value proposition and institutionalize pilots across the organization
- Build regular communication plans with the team - questions, day to day problems, and oversee deliverables for quality and guideline compliance
- Continuously improve quality of the customer experience by establishing a regular process of feedback loop and training
- To assist the sales manager with sales strategy development and implementation. This includes developing strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure the company maintains a strong presence in the industry.
- Conduct weekly reviews for performance and training
- Involve the team in calling for negotiation and objection handling as and when required
Skill set Required :
- Graduation/Post Graduation with at least 4+ years of Sales experience.
- Good Team Handling skills Minimum 3 +years of a team handling skills with a minimum team of 10.
- Must be good in MS Excel and Word. Good Communication skills.
- Should be from B2C Background Experience in Ed-Tech sales is an added advantage An interest in technology is desired
