Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership :


- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales professionals, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets.

Sales Strategy :


- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.

Customer Relationship Management :


- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Performance Monitoring :


- Regularly monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.

Training and Development :


- Identify training needs and facilitate skill-building sessions for the sales team.

Collaboration :


- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience.

Reporting :


- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and team activities for senior management.

Compliance :


- Ensure the team adheres to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

Skills and Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Experience : At least 3 years of experience in team handling within the BFSI, Banking, or Finance industries.

Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.

Sales Skills : Strong sales acumen with experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.

Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Customer-Centric : A focus on delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting client relationship.
