Key Responsibilities :
- Team Management, Supervising and guiding the sales team.
- Assigning tasks, setting goals, and ensuring the team's productivity.
- Providing mentoring and coaching to team members.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful revenue of payroll solutions for clients.
- Managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sustained revenue growth.
- Lead negotiations and contract development for partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership initiatives with business objectives.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Create persuasive business cases to pitch partnership opportunities to senior management.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Develop effective sales strategies to support partnership implementation and revenue generation.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement in partnership activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop tailored campaigns to support partnership initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development and partnership activities to senior management.
Required Qualifications :
- MBA/Btech/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development within the HRMS/FinTech/B2B industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B products, services, and industry regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating and structuring complex partnership agreements.
- Complete sales cycle management from lead generation to closure
- Conduct demos and knowledge sharing to onboard new clients
- On-board the client company and its employees on Kredily
- Follow up with potential customers by providing product usability
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Collaborate with the support and product team to improve the product experience.
