Team leader - Inside Sales (8-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage, handle, lead and train sales executives who are responsible for lead generation, prospecting, database development, appointment setting and coordination with clearing understanding in Hunting domain.
- Design and implement inside sales strategy in line with the overall sales strategy, set daily, weekly and monthly goals/KPIs for the team, generate metrics and reports for tracking progress and performance, allocate resources and identify improvements needed in sales processes.
- Define and execute on industry-leading pipeline generation capabilities and sales conversion metrics-
- Directly managing key leads/ opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments in order to develop a sales strategy for enhancing the company's growth-
- Provide coaching and training techniques to help team maximize their success.
- Ensure effective prospecting, up/cross-selling, pipeline development, Partner closely with the marketing team in creating merchandising programs and campaigns
Skills required :
- Very strong in communication & interpersonal skills.
- Team Handling experience is required.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
