Team Leader - Inside Sales (1-4 yrs)
- At least 1-4 years- experience in areas of Team Handling in an enterprise inside sales role.
- Ensure team meets and exceed stipulated sales target
- Actively manage staff on a regular basis to ensure all issues are dealt with effectively and efficiently
- Train, coach and motivate team members
- Making weekly reports basis on team performance to work upon weak areas to meet the targets and performance improvement.
- Support and assist the Manager Operations
- Sample audits & productivity tracking
- Regular sharing of feedback on performance
- Daily monitoring and coaching agents to improve their performance
- Break management for team
- Administrative functions
