Team Leader - Field Sales - Document Management Services (1-3 yrs)

The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Develop, plan, implement and manage all sales activities like hunting & farming modes to ensure revenue & meet sales objectives for the Zone/Territory in line with Clients.
- Drive Gross & Net additions, Quality sales metrics, Base management & compliance to regulatory norms in terms of customer acquisitions
- Manage the portfolio of high rental Plans and other products like Mobility Solutions etc.
- Provide regular assessment, training & innovate ideas to upgrade sales competence in the zone and mentor the Sales team
- Ensure Proper planning, tracking and reviews to ensure
- Revenue Earning Customers induced to the system
- Induce efficient Sales Team with proper Hiring process and ensure better productivities from all team members.
- Setting weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets for the team and driving them to achieve these.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sale/Corporate Sales role, ideally within the Telecom industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
- Good understanding of Telecom Culture
- Ability to collaborate and work with large teams
