Team Leader - Enterprise/B2B Sales - Telecom (4-6 yrs)

Designation : Enterprise Team Leader-B2B

- Responsible for meeting sales target through the Assigned Projects, geographical and overall account management of the acquired clients

Role Description :

- Build strategic relationship with key decision makers in the accounts - Middle and Senior management, including CXOs

- Has relevant experience in B2B Sales (minimum 4-6 years)

- Driving revenue enhancement in the accounts though effective account management, along-with retention of the existing revenue

- Should have experience in solution selling and drive new product penetration in emerging markets.

- Tap new customers through engagements and drive month on month incremental sales.

- Co-ordinate with the cross functional teams, both internally (Service Delivery, Billing, etc) and externally (Partners, Vendors, Clients, etc) to ensure business target achievements and meeting customer expectations on service delivery.

- Ensure the account business target achievement on: Order booking, Revenues, Collections, New Account identification and Churn control.

- Knowledge about the telecom products like ILL, Broadband, Security & Managed services will be an advantage.
