Team Leader - Direct Sales Channel - Insurance (5-9 yrs)
Business Development:
- Drive sales of Health Insurance (Retail Health) products through the Direct Sales Channel for the assigned territory; engage with team and customers
- Business target achievement, across the KPI parameters
- Identify new and cross sell opportunities to drive business growth
- Existing customer retention, deepen relationship through cross-selling opportunities and broad-base existing portfolio through new client acquisition/ sales
Team Management:
- Lead and build team (6-10 team members)
- Allocate business targets, handhold and drive team to achieve respective KPIs in line to organization business philosophy
- Compliance & Governance - Adherence to policy guidelines
Prior experience of Insurance Sales through Direct Channel (Life, Health or GI) with team handling preferred. Direct Channel and team handling experience required.
Education - minimum Graduate (Full time)
