Summary: An exciting opportunity for a Sales and Business Development Manager to lead and mentor a sales team, driving business growth and achieving organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in direct sales, team management, and strategic planning.
Location - Indore & Kanpur
Key Responsibilities:
1 Manage, mentor, and inspire a sales team of up to 8-10 members, fostering a high-performance culture.
2 Contact the prospect to set up a meeting and plan a visit to their site, explaining the product in detail and working towards closing the sale.
3 Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company objectives.
4 Define and communicate clear sales targets aligned with organizational goals.
5 Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
6 Lead initiatives for lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention through personalized approaches like home demos and outbound sales calls.
7 Work closely with marketing, operations, and senior management to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
8 Prepare detailed sales performance reports and present findings to senior leadership
Requirements :
1 Proven experience in sales roles with expertise in business development, sales team management, lead generation, negotiation, and time management.
2 Skilled in preparing and delivering impactful presentations, with strong communication, observation, and decision-making abilities.
3 Adept at multitasking, resolving conflicts effectively, and familiar with CRM tools and sales forecasting systems.
4 Should have own vehicle.
