Team Leader - Direct/Field Sales - B2C Segment - Education (1-6 yrs)
We have urgent opening for the post of Associates Team leader/Direct sales/field sales into education industry
Job profile:
- Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counseling Sessions
- Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions (Via video calls) on daily basis including follow up sessions
- Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
Desired profile of the candidate :
- Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior
- Possess Basic / Good knowledge of Class 5 to 12 Subjects as per existing Curriculum
Min. Exp. : Graduate with 1 Year B2C Sales Experience
Max. Exp : Good to have a 2-4 years B2C sales experience

CTC - Upto 7 Lacs plus incentives & performance based
