Team Leader - Digital Marketing (3-5 yrs)
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 2-3 / 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
2. Social Media Marketing on all popular platforms
3. Paid Advertising using Google Adwords, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads
4. Email Campaign Management using tools like mail chimp/campaign monitor/web engage or similar
5. Well versed with Google Analytics or similar platforms
6. Fluency in written and spoken English
7. Ability to learn quickly and handle complexity, change and ambiguity
8. Proven communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of employees
Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for the digital presence and reputation of the business
2. Building digital marketing solution decks based on the business challenges of the clients
3. Coordination with partners for necessary digital marketing elements
4. Develop and monitor performance plans to include developing action plans based on daily, weekly and monthly analysis of all performance metrics
5. Should be able to run / manage ongoing ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, other social media platforms.
