Team Leader/Deputy General Manager - Sales - Freight Forwarding (7-15 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Develop local sales strategy for North India
2. Assist in recruitment and training sales personnel at various North India locations.
3. Establish overall sales budgets for individual sales personnel and North India
4. Align pricing strategy with procurement to ensure revenue and profitability
5. Implement SOP / KPI as per company policies
6. Perform own sales activities on large / Medium customers and meet own sales budget.
7. Risk analysis and decision on investments on key customers
8. Monthly MIS to Management
Qualification :
1. Experience in Freight Forwarding Industry.
2. Experience in Field Sales, Business Development, and key account management.
3. Knowledge of shipping, freight forwarding, logistics and supply chains.
4. Proven sales success at teams & organizations you've worked at.
5. Background, predominately in business development.
6. Leadership and social skills with ability to set goals, motivate people, appreciate efforts, manage different personalities, build and develop a robust sales team across South India.
