Roles And Responsibilities :
- Continuing to maintain an average lead size of 30 per user.
- Completed account opening, Saathi, and Drishti training.
- Manage 2 mentors.
- Achieve the Business KRA for Agent Productivity.
- Train team members on opening, closing, and objection-handling abilities.
- Drive knowledge sessions to ensure 100% coverage.
- Conducting daily call audits.
- Making 5 mock calls per day.
- Generate leads based on user referrals.
Skill Requirements :
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of broking & operations knowledge.
- Knowledge of trading applications, MS Office, etc
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a team leader.
- Expertise in broking and team handling.
- Age under 35 years.
- Languages : Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, and English.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
