Team Leader - Customer Service & Support - BPO (1-3 yrs)
Position : Team Leader
Location : Pune
Segment : BPO
Requirement :
Will be responsible for the overall process assigned :
- Monitor closure TATs for the cases created by the team
- Identify areas of improvement in the process and report to the process Manager
- Identify areas of process improvements for better customer service
- Feedback to the team to take actions on cases
- Reduction in repeat complaints by focusing on FTR by the team
- Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customer through contact center, answer customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
- Should possess good communication skills and a team player.
- Capable to lead and motivate the team.
