Team Leader - Customer Service Operations - BPO (3-8 yrs)
Supervisory Staff : Team Leader Specs
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a voice program. Should have worked in Domestic/International premium contact background
- Minimum 1.5 years- experience as a Team leader in Voice program
- Graduate (from any educational field).
- Thorough understanding of Operations Metric, People Practices (score calculation, parameters, ratings, Attrition)
- Customer service oriented. Should have prior knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
- Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint and possess knowledge of GreenBelt, Lean, Scheduling etc.
- TL needs to under screening for Language Proficiency (Expert level - High proficiency for Spoken English & Hindi), Psychometric, Typing test, 4C assessment @75% (as defined by Flipkart) & Versant/VETI 5 to be calibrated with the Flipkart team.
Please Note : This Is A Contract Role With No Duration Specifications.
CTC : Take Home Anywhere Between 20000 To 30000 K per month.
English & Hindi Is Mandatory.
