Job Description:
Language: English+ Kannada+ Hindi or English+ Tamil or English+ Malayalam
Experience: 6 months to 1 year experience as Team Lead
Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (minimum 12th grade)
Salary: 3 L to 4.2 L /P.A.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for smooth and efficient day-to-operations within their team
- The two objectives of this role are to drive qualitative performance effectiveness and superior customer experience of the Customer Connect Team
- Responsible to coach assigned CSEs on observed areas for improvement with respect to product, process, soft skills and communication
- Must Fluent with any regional Language( Both Read and Write)
