Team Leader - Customer Care/Sales Support - BPO (5-8 yrs)
We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated Team Coach/ Team Leader for our Customer Care and Sales Support Team, the incumbent will be responsible for supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Managing the roster across the floor to ensure maximum manpower utilization. Managing attendance and leaves of the Team.
2. Allocating leads to Advisors / Sales Managers
3. Continuously give inputs to the team members of their progress reports, leave records, areas where they are lacking, etc.
4. Conduct daily briefings for the team members before the shift begins.
5. Responsible for daily reconciliation with accounts team and sales performance by the sales team
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum qualification: Graduation
2. Experience in similar position -2 Years as Team Leader
3. Overall Work Experience: 5-7 Years
4. Communication: Excellent English Speaking and Writing
5. Target Driven & Hungry for Success.
6. Good managerial skills & team player.
7. Good operational and organizational skills.
8. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage difficult situations.
9. Successful management experience (2 year) of a telephone bases Sales Team
10. Computer & IT: Office suit, Exposure to CRM and Command on Excel
11. Age: 30 to 45
12. Residence Distance - within 15 KM
13. Marital Status: Preferably Married
