Team Leader - Collections - BPO (1-2 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with a background in Collections within the BPO industry. The candidate should have knowledge of KPIs, KRAs, Attrition, and Shrinkage, along with the ability to calculate and manage these metrics. You will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring performance targets are met, and minimizing team attrition and shrinkage rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of collection agents to meet performance goals.
- Monitor and ensure team adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs).
- Track and calculate attrition and shrinkage to maintain team efficiency.
- Implement strategies to minimize attrition and shrinkage rates within the team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to agents.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards in the collection process.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance and metrics.
Qualifications:
- Graduation is a must
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Team Lead or supervisory role in the Collections domain within a BPO environment.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, KRAs, attrition, and shrinkage calculations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a 6-day work week setup.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage team performance.
- Proficiency in reporting and data analysis to monitor team metrics.
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced BPO environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for team development and motivation.
