Business Development Lead (BDL) Role
Vaco Binary Semantics is looking for a Business Development Lead .
Job brief :
- This role is focused on driving Business Listing acceptance in the Market.
- He/she will help us build our presence in offline space by driving merchant acquisition & servicing within an assigned geographical area.
- In this role, we are seeking for outstanding organizational, interpersonal & sales skills.
Responsibilities :
- Relationship Management and continuous business engagement with merchants.
- Overall Scaling the Small merchant Business grounds up.
- Daily supervision of the direct sales team, Provide continuous OJT, developing and mentoring sales Team.
- Drive brand visibility in assigned territory.
- Analyze & Plan to improve productivity and quality of merchant acquisition/further build on key metrics.
- Engagement and Retention of Team.
- Team handling and taking care of the team's needs and requirements.
- Interaction with Merchants for making them understand about the product and its advantage.
- Responsible for achieving the team's monthly targets.
- Provide proper training to the FSE's and troubleshoot their problems faced during onboarding.
- Capture customer/channel/merchant feedback and feed forward to the technical team to improve product offering in the market.
- Will be managing a team of 12+ Business Development Executives
Essential Competencies:-
- Must be Graduate (In any Stream)
- Good communication skills (English and Local Language)
- Strong MSOffice skills
- Experience Required - Minimum 2 years in Team Handling
- Fintech, FMCG, Retail & telecom will be preferred
- Willingness/ability to travel domestically
Mandatory Guidelines to be followed:-
- Candidate must have bike with DL
- Candidate must be active on emails and calls throughout the hiring process
