Team Leader - Business Development Executive - eCommerce (4-7 yrs)

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives to achieve sales and revenue targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market presence and customer base.

- Set clear team goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.

- Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the assigned region.

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

- Monitor sales metrics and report key performance indicators to upper management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and improve customer experience.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to enhance sales efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Experience: 2+ years in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role within B2B/B2C or e-commerce industry.

- Proven track record: of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams effectively.

Technical Skills:

CRM Software: Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or other CRM platforms.

Sales Analytics: Ability to analyze sales data, customer insights, and KPIs to make data-driven decisions.

Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for sales reporting and presentations.

Soft Skills:

Leadership and Mentorship: Strong leadership abilities to guide, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and handle client requirements.

Problem-solving: Ability to identify challenges and proactively develop solutions.

Time Management: Efficient in prioritizing tasks and managing team schedules to achieve targets within deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the e-commerce industry and its trends.
