- The Business Development - Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing the business activities within a designated geographical area. This role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities :

- Create and maintain connections with brokers, agents, and financial organizations.

- Implement sales methods to achieve revenue goals and grow the clientele.

- Assemble, manage, and train a group of sales specialists.

- Analyze the market to find opportunities, then modify your plans.

- Maintain solid connections with important stakeholders and make sure regulations are followed.

- Team performance is monitored and evaluated, and any necessary assistance and training is given.

- Report on industry trends and sales activity on a regular basis.

Requirement :


Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : minimum 2 year in filed sales

- Must be local candidate

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to lead a sales team.
