Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Team Leader Sales to join our BPO industry team at Frankfinn Aviation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives in achieving their sales targets, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of sales representatives and monitor their performance in achieving sales targets and KPIs.

- Ensure the team is trained and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively carry out their responsibilities.

- Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews to improve the team's productivity and effectiveness.

- Manage and monitor sales campaigns, making sure that all sales goals and objectives are met.

- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions and recommendations for process improvements.

- Liaise with the BPO operations team to ensure smooth coordination of sales and operational processes.

- Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in using dialer systems to improve efficiency in sales processes.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Leader Sales in the BPO industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong knowledge and experience in using dialer systems to drive sales efficiency.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze sales data and provide recommendations for improvements.

- Knowledge of BPO operations and data churning.

- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.

- Must have a bachelor's degree in any field.
