Team Leader - B2C Sales - Dermatologist (10-15 yrs)
We have urgent opening for the post of Team leader (B2C) in Mumbai into Dermatologist industry!
Requirements:
- Graduation or MBA with at least 10+years of sales experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of team handling skills with a minimum team of 15+.
- Must be good in MS Excel and Word
- Good Communication Skills
- Should be from B2C Background
Responsibilities:
- Provide the team with Vision and objectives to manage key performance indicators.
- Set the monthly, weekly and daily targets for the team and ensure that the team targets are achieved.
- Handling and guiding team to achieve monthly sales.
- Maintain the sales report of the team.
- Motivating and mentoring the team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Design and develop Business Models as per the location and market situation.
- Conduct weekly reviews for performance training.
- Involve team in calling for negotiation and objection handling as and when required.
