Job Description:
We are hiring for Team Leader position in a outbound sales (B2B) Day shifts.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To manage a large and diverse team of 3-4 operational KRAs.
- Ability to visualise, manage and achieve targets.
- Manage day to day activities of team and ensure 100% compliance on procedure, policy guidelines and performance recording of the team.
- Experience in Outbound sales
- Responsible for feedback and coaching the agents.
Experience: 3-7 Years
Salary: 35k- 50k Plus variable
Minimum team handling of 10+ agents done already.
