We are looking Team Leader/Assistant manager Leisure Sale-_Holiday Club for one of the largest travel company in the world.

Location - Any of Holiday Club Branches ( CP, Rajouri Garden, South EX, Saket ). TRANSFERABLE

Key Job Qualification:

- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field

- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in selling International & Domestic Holiday Packages (FIT & GROUPS) to direct clients with any leading Tour Company.

- Excellent product knowledge of global destinations, specially the long haul destinations.

Job Responsibilities:

- Selling International (FIT & GIT) and domestic Holiday packages to direct clients

- Liaising with clients in person, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements.

- Diagnose the clients specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services

- Set up meetings and visit prospective clients for conversions.

- Follow up and conversion of leads generated from various marketing activities.

- Achieve given sales targets

- Collect deposits and balances

- Liasoning with cross functional teams for service fulfillment.

Key skills :

- Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach

- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively

- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

- Candidates with personal travel experience will be preferred

- Demonstrable ability to handle crises

- Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc)

- Confidence
