Job Details:
- Handling a team of customer service executives (inbound).
- Mentoring the team and handling call quality.
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
- Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members.
- Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
- Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations.
Requirements :
1. 4-10 Yrs experience as a Team Leader
2. Experience in Inbound BPO/call center
3. Graduate with good communication skills
4. BFSI experience preferred
