Team Leader - Agency Business Manager - Bank (2-8 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated leader to oversee our Agency Business Partner Vertical. The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of Agency Partners, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of on-roll Agency Partners (Sales Managers) to achieve business targets.
- Develop strategies to acquire new clients, expand the customer base, and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Agency Partners to ensure alignment with organizational -goals.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines; prepare and present regular performance reports.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and provide feedback to senior management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must own a two-wheeler for commuting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics
- Graduation is mandatory
