Team Lead - Virtual Relationship Management - Insurance (4-9 yrs)
Job Summary :
We are looking for candidates who have 4+ years experience into handling a team of telecallers.
Job Details :
Location : Pune (1 Openings)
Shift Timings : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM ( Day Shift )
Weekly Working Days : 6 Days
Off Days : SUN
Note : 2nd and 3rd Saturdays are off

- 5.5 Lac to - 7.0 Lac (annually)

Education :
Graduation degree mandatory
Experience :
- Minimum 4 yrs of experience as Telesales / Telemarketing mandatory
- Team handling experience is must
- Experience in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance preferred
- Insurance background highly preferred
Job Description :
- Handling a team of 8 to 10 telecalles
- Servicing the agents of the Virtual Office channel.
- Ensuring the team is activating and timely servicing the agents.
- Resolving grievances faced by the Agents.
