Team Lead - Telesales - Telecom/ISP/FMCG/Retail/Pharma (3-5 yrs)
Experience : 3+ years of experience in telesales or a related field, with team management experience.
Qualification : Graduate.
Industry : Telecom/ISP/FMCG/Retail/Pharma.
Working Days : Monday to Saturday (1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays are working).
Key Responsibilities :
Team Management :
- Lead and manage a team of 15 to 20 Telesales Executives (TSEs), ensuring team productivity.
- Provide daily governance and drive processes to meet performance targets.
Training & Development :
- Train and develop TSEs on sales pitches, objection handling, and countering competition.
- Continuously work on upskilling the team to drive high-quality sales by understanding customer needs.
Inter-Department Coordination :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely service delivery to customers.
- Resolve operational challenges by aligning with internal departments.
Quality Sales :
- Ensure the team drives quality sales by effectively assessing customer requirements and offering the right solutions.
- Focus on driving revenue growth while maintaining high service standards.
Target Achievement :
- Drive the team to achieve daily targets related to sales attempts, customer connections, and inbound lead conversion.
- Ensure timely follow-up by adhering to the GART (Guaranteed Response Time) of calling the customer within 10 minutes.
Dialler Management :
- Ensure effective dialler management, optimizing the productivity and efficiency of the telesales process.
Motivation & Engagement :
- Engage the team to stay motivated and focused on meeting targets through regular meetings and performance feedback.
- Foster a positive work environment and implement strategies to boost team morale.
Additional Responsibilities :
- Monitor team performance through daily and weekly reports, adjusting strategies where necessary to meet targets.
- Assist in driving team participation in BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities such as lead generation events or targeted sales campaigns.
