Job Description:
You would be responsible for handling a team of 10-13 outbound Telemarketing Executive with approx 10- 11 lacs revenue target as monthly.
To ensure team is motivated to convert daily
- Responsible for controlled Attrition.
- To ensure team members are productive and able to convert daily leads to numbers/revenue.
Required Skills:
- B2C Sales and Online selling
- People Skills - Leadership
- Telesales/Telemarketing
- Multi linguistic skill.
- Good in computer knowledge & MIS.
