About Our Client : Our client is a market leader in India's fast-growing Internet Service Provider (ISP) sector, renowned for delivering high-speed broadband solutions. They are expanding their customer base and looking for talented individuals to drive their growth journey.
Position: Team Lead - Telesales
Experience: 3+ years in telesales or a related field, with team management experience
Qualification: GraduateSalary: Competitive, as per industry standards
Location: Hyderabad
Industry: Telecom, ISP, FMCG, Retail, PharmaWorking Days: Monday to Saturday (1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays are working)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of 15-20 Telesales Executives (TSEs) to achieve team productivity targets.
- Ensure adherence to daily processes and governance for meeting performance goals.
2. Training & Development:
- Train TSEs on effective sales pitches, objection handling, and strategies to counter competition.
- Continuously upskill the team to deliver high-quality sales while understanding customer needs.
3. Inter-Department Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and address operational challenges effectively.
4. Quality Sales:
- Drive quality sales by helping the team assess customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Maintain a strong focus on revenue growth while upholding high service standards.
5. Target Achievement:
- Set and achieve daily targets for sales attempts, customer connections, and inbound lead conversions.
- Ensure prompt follow-ups with adherence to GART (Guaranteed Response Time) by calling customers within 10 minutes.
6. Dialler Management:
- Oversee and optimize dialler operations to enhance productivity and efficiency.
7. Motivation & Engagement:
- Regularly engage with the team to keep them motivated and focused on meeting targets.
- Foster a positive work culture and implement strategies to boost team morale.
8. Additional Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review team performance through daily and weekly reports, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Drive team participation in Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities, including lead generation events and targeted campaigns.
