We are looking for a Team Lead - Telecalling to drive our lead generation and supply-building efforts. This role involves managing a team of telecallers, optimizing cold-calling strategies, and ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
About the Role
You will own the end-to-end management of building our expert workforce, overseeing sourcing, training & onboarding. Your mission is to ensure a steady supply of high-quality experts, optimize costs, and drive operational excellence. This is a high-impact leadership role, requiring strategic vision and impeccable execution.
What You'll Do :
Lead Generation via Cold Calling : Develop and execute cold-calling strategies to generate high-quality leads and build a strong pipeline of suppliers or clients.
Team Leadership and Development : Manage and mentor a team of telecallers, equipping them with the right tools, techniques, and knowledge.
Pipeline Management : Track and maintain a steady supply of qualified leads to align with business goals.
Performance Tracking & Reporting : Monitor key KPIs such as call volume, lead conversion rates, and sales cycle times, providing insights for improvement.
Customer Relationship Management : Foster strong relationships with potential suppliers or clients, ensuring engagement and conversion.
Cold Calling Scripts & Strategy Development : Optimize calling scripts and strategies to maximize conversion rates.
Collaboration with Sales & Operations Teams : Align telecalling efforts with sales and operational objectives for seamless lead conversion.
Supply Building : Focus on acquiring a high-quality supply base through targeted outreach.
What We're Looking For
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, cold calling, or lead generation.
- Experience managing a telecalling team is strongly preferred.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to drive leads and conversions through cold calling.
- Analytical mindset to track performance and optimize strategies.
- Experience with supply chain, vendor management, or operations is a plus.
