Team Lead - Sales - Retail Leasing Process - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)

Responsibilities
1. Identifying and nurturing existing and new client relationships with developers and retailers, specifically targeting leasing and sale transactions.
2. Proactively engaging in business development activities for retail and F&B businesses in both malls and high streets. This involves implementing focused new business development strategies, networking, attending industry seminars, and leveraging existing relationships with retailers, brands, and mall developers.
3. Stacking and mapping properties in desired retail micro-market locations assigned to you.
4. Managing the entire leasing/acquisition process, including supply/demand identification, financial modelling, best-use analysis, target identification, deal structuring and negotiation, and coordination of legal and commercial due diligence.
5. Assessing client requirements, initiating and maintaining client interactions, providing insights on recent micro-market transactions, rental trends, and sales performance, conducting site inspections, participating in negotiations and legal discussions, and facilitating closure. Ensure comprehensive market coverage while presenting suitable options to clients.
6. Providing retail advisory solutions to individual landowners and developers for new retail developments and store expansions for retail brands.
7. Ensuring client satisfaction by actively engaging with clients through meetings, calls, site visits, presentations, and timely submission of accurate proposals.
8. Meeting and exceeding individual and team annual targets.
9. Mentoring and guiding the team on an ongoing basis.
10. Traveling across Mumbai Western, Central, Thane, Navi Mumbai and KDMC (MMR)
Requirement
1. Minimum of 5-10 years of leasing/sales experience, preferably in real estate.
2. Good understanding of prime locations suitable for retail showrooms and malls, with experience in working across MMR.
3. Knowledge of leasing contracts (malls and high-street), negotiation techniques, documentation, clauses, and interpretation.
4. Proven relationships and experience working with regional and national mall developers, landlords, hoteliers, and retail brands.
5. Strong negotiation and sales-oriented mindset.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
